It is our great pleasure to start a new international journal, “International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering” (IJEMME) published by Istanbul Aydın University. IJEMME is an international periodical published four times a year focusing on new developments in engineering and aimed to be indexed by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), Engineering Index (EI) and Science Citation Index (SCI) in a short period of time. Our strategy is to demonstrate new trends in science and technology subject to high quality standards by ensuring a stringent peer review process.
The scope of the International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (IJEMME) covers the novel scientific papers about Electronics, Image Processing, Information Theory, Electrical Systems, Power Electronics, Control Theory, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Motion Control, Stochastic Modeling, System Design, Multidisciplinary Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optical Engineering, Design Optimization, Material Science, Metamaterials, Heat and Mass Transfer, Kinematics, Dynamics, Thermo-Dynamics, Energy and Applications, Renewable Energy, Environmental Impacts, Structural Analysis, Fluid Dynamics and related topics of the above subjects. Manuscripts reporting original theoretical and/or experimental work and tutorial expositions of permanent reference value are highly welcome.
I hope that the “International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering” (IJEMME) will encourage Turkish and International scientists to produce new ideas and approaches which shall help the improvement of science and technology for the benefit all humankind. Current paradigm requires interdisciplinary study in order to understand and explain the complex characteristics of the developments in our era. In this manner, International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (IJEMME) is designed to encompass analysis in such qualities. IJEMME is an open access e-journal encompassing broad spectrum of topics in electronics, mechanical and mechatronics engineering. It aims at disseminating original research and practical systems contribution in form of research papers, tutorials, survey articles and book reviews from engineers, researchers and scientists in industry and academia.
The concept of a scientific journal can be defined within two major roles: to form a platform for high-quality researches and to bring significant issues to the scope of discussion. IJEMME aims to contribute the scientific efforts via encompassing multidisciplinary and inter-disciplinary approaches within the same journal. Assuming the position as Honorary Editor of IJEMME is, thus, a challenge and an opportunity with significant responsibility. In accomplishing the goals set by the Editorial Board, you, authors, reviewers and also the readers also have responsibilities such as submitting appropriate, high-quality articles, on the other hand providing us critical feedback regarding overall qualities of the journal. Our shared responsibility will pave the way towards better.

IJEMME is a peer reviewed journal publishes original research contributions and is an unparalleled resource for key advances in the field of electronics, mechanical and mechatronics engineering.
The Editor in Chief, Professor Zafer UTLU plays a major role in the development of the journal both nationally and internationally in electronics, mechanical and mechatronics engineering areas. I believe Editorial Board deserves congratulations for conceiving the IJEMME and making it a reality. IJEMME is certain to make a major contribution in the years ahead to the advancement of the science and technology in respected fields.

Engineering & Architecture Faculty of Istanbul Aydın University has started to publish an international journal on Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, denoted as “International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (IJEMME)”. We have especially selected the scientific areas which will cover future prospective engineering titles such as Robotics, Mechanics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Control systems, System Engineering, Biomedical, and renewable Energy Sources.
We have selected only a few of the manuscripts to be published after a peer review process of many submitted studies. Editorial members aim to establish an international journal IJEMME, which will be welcomed by Engineering Index (EI) and Science Citation Index (SCI) in short period of time.
